Tourmaline
Our Black Tourmaline (schorl) collection are mainly from Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. They are one of the best quality Tourmalines we have seen so far, with good quality and lustre. Several of these Tourmalines are double-terminated and are in combined with Lepidolite Mica, Cleavelandite or both. The pink mica "lepidolite" sometimes occur as a coating on the Tourmaline itself and creates a druzy shimmering appearance. You will also see red/green speckles or a red/green "flashes" on the surface of the Tourmaline when under light as many of them have either red or green core.
