How do I edit or cancel my order?
To edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You may email us at sales@superboltzero.com with your order number and the change(s) you want to make. We will confirm once your order has been updated. Once the package has been packed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation. What should I do?
If you have entered your email address incorrectly, there is a chance you will not receive your email confirmation. You may also wish to check your junk mail. If not, let us know and we'll send you another order confirmation.

[For local orders only] I have already placed an order but would like to add on more items. How can I add on more items without paying additional shipping fee?
If you have already placed an order but would like to combine more items in the same package to save on the shipping cost, drop us an email at sales@superboltzero.com.

In your email, please state the items which you would like to add on and we will send you a custom invoice (without additional shipping fee) for payment and your multiple orders will be packed and mailed out together.

Combined shipping is not applicable to International orders, as International shipping fees are calculated by the total weight.

What is your refund policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds. Our crystals are packaged with care as they are natural and raw. If you have any concerns with the items purchased, please drop us an email at sales@superboltzero.com and we will help address it.

What are the payment options available?
Super Boltzero accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. For local customers, you can also choose to pay via our PayNow integration or via ATOME - Buy Now Pay Later plan.

How do you package your crystals for shipment?
Our crystals are packed with care for every one of your shipments. We use a mix of materials like bubble wrap, foam sheets, inflatable bubble tubes and newspapers in carefully wrapped boxes to ensure that our crystals are nicely delivered to you in one piece.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Local orders will take an estimated 3-7 working days to reach you once we have verified your payment, packaged and shipped your order. You should receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so that you can follow it on its journey to you.
